Speaker Park was initiated and is run by Veronica Robles Thorseth and Leo Preston, who together make up History Disposal Unit (HDU).

Speaker Park's base of operations is Wrap, a project that offers flexible project spaces, tools equipment and assistance to artists. Its mission is to enhance and support independent interdisciplinary art production and dissemination in Bergen and the Vestlandet region of Norway.
